Marina Codorniu is the COACH Team Coordinator and one of the trainers of AGD. She is in charge of ideating, designing, developing, and supporting the implementation of projects which boost social and individual development and that are aligned with the vision and mission of AGD.
She studied Geography at the University of Barcelona. After a long time being a volunteer for several NGOs and falling in love with non-formal education (NFE), she became a freelance trainer, facilitator, coach, and project manager. She has collaborated with diverse organizations designing and managing projects as well as delivering training courses and facilitating all over Europe and the North of Africa. Her life purpose is to contribute to improving the wellness of living beings through her job and daily actions.
As a passionate about non-formal education, she considers herself a very responsible and empathetic professional who aims to support people on their learning paths through what she likes to call “NFE’s magic”: we all facilitate the space together and help each other to enhance our skills, creating an atmosphere in which we can feel comfortable, enabled to explore ourselves and understand mistakes as learning experiences.
