We may collect your personal data if you:

Your data may be used to reply to you, to carry out our activities and projects, to keep our member and donor records, to send you information you asked for, and for anonymous statistics. We never sell your data.

Your data is kept in a secure environment and everyone working for us is bound to confidentiality. Access is limited to authorised people: board members, employees, and people or organisations with an explicit mandate from AGD. If data must be shared with a processor outside the association, we sign a contract that requires them to treat it in line with the regulation.

We keep personal data for five years from the last registration or contact. After that, it is deleted from our records.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its use for certain purposes, and to withdraw your consent at any time. The right to withdrawal does not apply where we must keep data to meet a legal obligation, such as a signed contract or accounting rules. Write to president@agd-eu.org to exercise these rights.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), Luxembourg.
