SELF4YOUTH supports the European approach to mental health under the ‘Healthier Together’ programme, targeting SDG 3.4. The project develops guidelines, a self-care resource kit and community mental-health support, alongside two training courses that deepen understanding of mental health among young people and help dismantle the taboos around it. By strengthening the skills of staff in participating organisations, it addresses the needs of disadvantaged youth, encourages early intervention and fosters inclusive spaces for open conversation.
